1. Registration Policy
- Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Official confirmation email will be issued upon successful registration.
- Conference badge must be worn at all times.
- Organizer reserves the right to deny entry without valid registration.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made through official payment channels.
- Bank/transaction charges are the responsibility of the participant.
- Registration fees are non-transferable without written approval.
3. Abstract & Presentation Policy
- Abstract submission does not guarantee acceptance.
- All abstracts undergo peer review.
- Presenters must register before presentation deadline.
- No-show presenters may be restricted from future events.
4. Visa & Travel Responsibility
- Participants are responsible for arranging visa & travel.
- Invitation letters are issued after registration confirmation.
- Organizer is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

| 60 days before event | 60% refund |
| 45 days before event | 40% refund |
| 30 days before event | 20% refund |
| Less than 30 days | No refund |
- Refund requests must be submitted via official email.
- Refunds processed within 30 working days.
- No refunds for no-shows.
6. Force Majeure
- If postponed due to government restrictions or unforeseen events, registration will be transferred to new dates.
- Organizer is not responsible for travel or accommodation losses.
7. Code of Conduct
- Professional and respectful behavior is mandatory.
- Harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.
- Organizer reserves the right to remove violators without refund.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Organizer is not responsible for personal injury or loss of belongings.
- Participation is at attendee’s own risk.
- Liability is limited to registration fee paid.
