Kapsule Summit – International Conference on Dental & Oral Health 2026

1. Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts must be submitted in English (250–300 words).
- Structure: Title, Authors, Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
- Maximum 5 authors per abstract.
- All submissions undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee.
- Acceptance notification will be sent via email.
2. Oral & Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Oral Presentation: 15–20 minutes including Q&A.
- Presentation format: PPT (16:9 ratio).
- Poster Size: A0 (Portrait preferred).
- Presenters must be available during assigned session time.
- Best Oral & Poster Awards will be presented on Day 3.
3. Registration Guidelines
- Registration is mandatory for all presenters.
- Early Bird deadline will be announced on website.
- Registration includes access to all sessions, kit, lunch & certificate.
- Travel & accommodation are not included unless stated.
4. Code of Conduct
- Professional behavior is expected from all participants.
- Harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.
- Photography or recording requires speaker consent.
- Official badges must be worn during sessions.
5. Ethical & Compliance
- Ethical approval required for clinical research presentations.
- Patient consent mandatory for clinical images.
- Conflict of interest disclosures required.
- Plagiarism will lead to immediate rejection.
